Santa Fe is most of all a concept that seeks to establish high social and environmental standards for the Galapagos Islands, while allowing the opportunity for a select few to own land in the Galapagos.
Santa Fe has not yet been approved as a subdivision and we are amidst the coordination process pursuant to this.
Being part of Santa Fe will entail a commitment to be active in contributing towards Galapagos conservation and social wellbeing efforts, and to understand that in such a delicate place as the Galapagos restrictions and conditions may be imposed from time to time in the future pursuant to enhance the conservation of these fabled islands.
