Project layout

Currently we are working on the topographic map for the property. Once this is ready we will work in the site layout for a few days and when it’s ready we will upload it to the website and let you know. If you decide to become a part of Santa Fe, you will be given first priority to choose the lot or lots of your liking from the site plan.

While the site plan will allow you to choose the lot or lots of your liking, its by far more important not to miss out on the opportunity to be part of something this special. I remember that with Santa Cruz Gardens we had 60 lots and 90% of them sold before the site plan was published.

All the lots in Santa Fe will be special in themselves.
