What are we offered

Santa Fe will have 26 lots sized 0.6 acres each (some 2.300 square meters or roughly 23.000 square feet).

In Santa Fe and each lot owner will have a deed representing a percentage of the whole project with the specific lot in the project assigned.

There are two straightforward ways in which you can hold land in Ecuador. This is as a percentage of the whole or with a title or deed representing a specific lot or area. Currently we plan on issuing deeds representing a percentage of the whole were each owner will choose which lot they like. This will be a private commitment.

Nonetheless we will start a procedure to have a subdivision approved with local authorities. If the subdivision is approved, in such case we’ll be in a position to issue free-hold titles that regard specific lots.

While this approval process is not a pre-requisite for you to own land in Santa Fe and the Galapagos, it will sure add value to the project. If you rather wait until this happens, we believe the price of the lots will have a considerable increase by then.

Should you be interested in purchasing a lot, from the Site Layout please choose the lot (or lots) of your liking and let us know so we may take it out of circulation.

Our obligation is to deed the lots on your behalf and to open the inner access roads to the lots. We will also sensibly landscape the frontal area of Santa Fe.
